The Fray

GAH! I know I said I would write my exp at the Imogen Heap concert, but I got swamped with essays. So many papers this semester!

But, tonight I am going to watch the Fray perform. Stoked, but I know I have to work my butt off for my other paper due tomorrow.

I promise more interesting updates will be coming up soon! Until then... Gobble Gobble!

Imogen Heap

Last night I drove to Hollywood with two friends and we saw Imogen Heap live. Simply amazing what she does on stage. hahaha she is also really quirky.

Even though she was recovering from her sore throat, she managed to sing very well.

More updates coming up!

This week is hell week. GL to those who have a crazy week ahead of them.

Uh oh

Today, I was reading yahoo news and I came across a page with a cat on it.

It said that a cat got swine flu in Iowa.

I don't know what to say to that.

Other than... MEOW!

Imperfection

Ladies and Gentlemen. Today I drowned myself in this song and it felt amazing.

Doesn't it amaze you how people perceive beauty?

The way we look at beauty vary on so many levels...
The scar on one's arm can appeal as a mark of beauty making one love it that much more.

The level of maturity for one to see beyond our physicality and know what the heart offers is growth.
The growth that allows us to accept one another through an open heart is maturity.

Can you imagine a Utopian society without growth and maturity? I personally say, no.
Imperfection is what ignites our mind, body, and soul to offer up what we have.
Imperfection is what justifies the means towards the end.

If you feel imperfect. Don't
Cause we are all imperfect

Nice Morning

Today I finally slept with my robe. It...was...amazing.

I woke up earlier than my alarm,
Ready to press the side button of my cell phone as soon as it struck 7:15am
Only to fall back to sleep again

Unfortunately, I dragged myself out of bed and got ready for class.
As I was biking with a piece of bread in my mouth I realized the beauty of morning weather.
It felt refreshing, you know, that acknowledgement of starting a new day
That the unpredictable can spring up anytime. LIKE NOW! jk... NOW... fine... I will stop.

Ah~ that breathe of fresh air.
